ERICO International Corporation was acquired by Pentair in September, 2015. Pentair is a global manufacturer of equipment protection, water, fluid, and thermal management solutions.

In early 2018, a new company was listed on the NY Stock Exchange called nVent which now carries the Erico brand. The ERICO name lives on as a strong brand within nVent and will continue to be associated with the high-quality grounding, bonding, lightning protection, and surge protection solutions they have been known for since founding in 1903. ERICO is now known as nVent ERICO.
